What is eRealtySuccess!? - Top
eRealtySuccess! provides Internet leads to Internet
Savvy real estate agents across the nation. Chris Lotte,
founder of eRealtySuccess!, has been in the Real Estate
industry for over 6 years providing Internet leads for
agents in the Columbus, Ohio area. With the success
of providing Internet leads for dozens of agents with
the RE/MAX Champions brokerage for over 3 years, and
the success with providing leads for several other agents
before that, Chris is expanding nationally, with the
hope to find a select few agents in markets across the
nation that know how to take the Internet Leads that we provide them and turn them into deals.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication from
Franklin University in Columbus Ohio, Chris has taken
much that he has learned from that Internet Marketing
heavy major and effectively applied it to the Real Estate
industry in a way that efficiently generates Internet
leads for real estate agents. Internet lead generation
is done in a way that can be very cost effective that
allows the savings to be passed on, and has the potential
to be very lucrative for the Real Estate agent, if the
Real Estate agent is the right fit for the leads.
How do I
join your program? - Top
If you would like to join our Internet Lead Program,
you need to fill out or Order
Form. We have several options to choose from, and
we can even custom tailor a solution to fit your needs.
How much does it
cost? - Top
We have several options to choose from. Currenly they
are:
- Monthly
Plan - 60 Leads: $300 + $300 1-Time Setup Fee
- Quarterly
Plan - $810 + $300 1-Time Setup Fee
- Yearly
Plan: $2,880 + $300 1-Time Setup Fee
How long does it
take after I join your program before I start receiving
Internet leads? - Top
You should start receiving Internet leads within a
couple days after we get your account all set up. You
will be notified by email when you get a lead, and you
will also have access to a lead manager website to view
your leads.
How Many Internet
Leads do I get? - Top
It depends on how many leads you order. If you are
on the monthly plan, you will receive 60 leads every
approx 1 month. If you are on the quarterly plan you
will receive 180 leads every approx 3 months. If you
are on the yearly plan, you will receive 720 leads every
approx 12 months.
What kind
of quality are the leads? - Top
Our Internet leads are raw leads captured from real
estate websites we have created. We do not pre-screen
any of the leads. We have client side validation that
forces the lead to provide a minimal of name, phone
number and email address. However, this validation can
not prevent them from putting wrong information in.
Since these are raw leads we try to provide a large
enough quantity at a low price to make sure there are
some "good leads" out of the bunch. Of course
what is considered a "good lead" to one agent
may not be a "good lead" to another. Our definition
of a "good lead" is one that provides valid
contact information (either phone number, email address
or both). It is up to the real estate agent to take
it from there, and from our experience some real estate
agents can take these raw leads and turn a lot into
closed transactions, but others can take the same leads
and turn them into nothing. That is why we pre-screen
real estate agents before they join our program to get
a feel for the agent to see if they know how to properly
follow up on our style of Internet leads. The right
agent with the right system of follow-up can and will
be very successful with these Internet leads.
Do
I have to sign a long term contract? - Top
No. Our contracts are month-to-month, but with the
understanding that Internet leads typically have a long
incubation period take longer to turn into closed transactions.
If you are looking for some quick deals, then you came
to the wrong place. If you are looking for a steady
flow of leads that when worked properly have the potential
to turn into several closed transactions per month,
then you came to the right place.
Does
more than one agent get the same leads as me? - Top
No. When we get a lead, it only goes to one agent in
our program for that market. If we have more than one
agent in a market, it will only go to one agent. There
may be times that a lead goes back to the website and
registers a second time. If that happens we try to track
the lead by cookies and email address to make sure if
that happens, it goes back to the original agent. However,
there may be rare instances where the same person will
register a second time on a different computer and with
a different email address. In that case there is a chance
that lead would then go to a different agent. But that
is very rare.
How
many agents do you give leads to in my market? - Top
Initially we are only looking to add a couple real
estate agent per market. However as our websites grow,
they will be able to sustain more than one real estate
agent and when we are confident that we can add more
than one agent to a market and still get enough leads
for all of the agents, then we will do so. Regardless
of the number of agents in our program in a given market,
you will still receive around 60 leads per month for
any given program you order.
Is there any
kind of guarantee? - Top
We guarantee that you will receive the total number
of leads that you ordered. If you ordered 60 leads,
you will get 60 leads. If you ordered 180 leads, you
will get 180 leads. If you ordered 720 leads, you will
get 720 leads. We do not offer any guarantee on the
quality of the leads or any success you have with the
leads. Our packages are designed to provide enough leads
that you should average several closings per month if
they are worked properly and enough time is given.
